The apartment is accessed by a staircase: about 70 square meters composed of a large master bedroom with a large wardrobe, a living room with one sofa bed, a spacious and very bright kitchen fully equipped. It accommodates up to four guests, and it has a bathroom with a newly renovated shower.

THE SPACE
Ca dei Arsenaloti occupies the first floor of a characteristic Venetian building. With its approximately 80 square meters in size, it boasts a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a living room with two sofas, one of which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed, a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. Furnished with sophistication, it offers our guests an elegant stay in one of the most popular and lively areas of the city.
