Ca Nicolò is an apartment located on the Lido of Venice near the beach. From the window, you have an extraordinary view of the lagoon.
The entrance is independent and has a small garden which is not for exclusive use but is shared with other guests of the building. The apartment is comfortable and bright. It is composed of a small entrance with a desk, double bedroom, bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/living area, equipped with everything you need to prepare excellent lunches or snacks.
The sofa bed is located in the dining room.

THE SPACE

The apartment features a cozy and well-organized entrance hall, enhanced by a practical desk that provides a dedicated space for activities such as itinerary planning or document management. The master bedroom, furnished with taste and attention to detail, promises a quiet and comfortable environment for rest.
The apartment amenities are well-maintained and designed to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The bathroom, equipped with all essential amenities, offers a clean and relaxing place for personal care.
The spacious and bright kitchen and living area form the heart of the living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with the tools and appliances needed to prepare delicious meals, offering guests the opportunity to experience local cuisine or create their favorite dishes.
The living area is furnished in a cozy manner, with a large dining area that comfortably accommodates up to four people. The sofa bed, strategically placed in this area, offers the possibility to accommodate two more people, providing a flexible solution for groups or families.
An important detail to keep in mind is that the apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people, including children from 0 to 12 years old. This feature makes it ideal for couples, families, or small groups who wish to enjoy a comfortable stay in a cozy and well-stocked setting.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Lido of Venice is famous throughout the world for being the headquarters of the prestigious International Film Festival of Venice, held every year since the late 1930s.
The historic center is made even more fascinating by the numerous Art Nouveau houses that overlook private flower gardens, where you can have characteristic evening walks between clubs and open-air bars.
The presence of roads that can be crossed by car will also give you the great advantage of being able to access the apartment with your means; a ferry connects the Lido to the mainland and vice-versa.
The proximity to the beach makes it possible for our guests a cultural holiday but also one of total relaxation where they can explore the various opportunities offered by this strip of land: from the free sandy beaches of San Nicolò and Alberoni to the natural fauna of the sand and golden dunes up to to the Murazzi rocks, after crossing the equipped beaches characterized by typical huts.
