We would like to clarify that the conditions listed here apply exclusively to bookings made directly through our Venicevillas website. For bookings from external platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, and others, please refer to the specific booking and cancellation conditions accepted at the time of booking confirmation.
DIRECT BOOKING CONDITIONS VENICEVILLAS
Standard rate: The Client/Tenant can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, and will pay 50% of the total cost if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.
Payment for rental: At the time of booking, Venicevillas will perform a pre-authorization of 100 euros on your credit or debit card as a guarantee of payment. A deposit of 20% of the total will be taken from the seventh day before the arrival date. The balance will be charged or paid directly on the day of check-in.
Security deposit: A security deposit of 100 euros is required through a pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be released within 5 days after check-out, following a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Arrival time and mode: The Client/Tenant will receive a link for online check-in, necessary to register personal data and that of their companions, upload identity documents, and digitally sign the necessary documents. Online check-in allows access to the apartment from 15:00 to 20:00 with the support of our team. Beyond this time, arrival can be completed independently.
Departure time: The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.
Utilities: The costs of electricity, water, gas, internet, and waste disposal are included in the price. In winter, we recommend setting the heating to 20°C (with a tolerance of +/- 2°C), and in summer, adjusting the air conditioning to 22°C.
WI-FI: Internet service is available provided it is not used for illegal purposes. The use of the connection is strictly personal, and the guest is fully responsible for any misuse.
Access to the property: Venicevillas, with prior communication, may access the accommodation for maintenance or checks. In an emergency, access may also occur without consent.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax, set by the local government, is not included and must be paid at check-in.
